Find Product stock widget plugin in nopCommerce admin under FinestCommerce plugins.

Store owner can mange in nopCommerce admin plugin settings.

Is custom widget zone? - If store owner wants to display stock information in a custom widget zone which is not displayed in a list, then he can check this option and add manually zone name.

Widget zone - In case of not using custom widget zone, store owner can select from drop-down widget zone, which to use. 

Stock Table Is Open By Default - you can check this if you want stock block to be open by default. In opposite, stock table is closed and it is displayed, when customer click on arrow. 

Show Product Unit In Stock Table - You can configure, that in stock table is displayed product unit.

Hide Stock Table Header - If store owner checks this option, then is stock table header hided. 

Hide original availability block (always) - If store owner checks this option, then nopCommerce standard availability block is always hided and customer can not see it. 

Hide original availability block (if product available) - when store owner checks this option, then nopCommerce standard availability block is displayed only in this case, when product is in stock. When product is out of stock, then is this block hided. 

Hide product stock block (if product not available) - If you check this option, then is by this plugin created product stock block hided, if product is out of stock.
